Decision

RESOLVED:

1. That the revisions to the following terms of references be agreed:

a)      Health and Wellbeing Board (Annex A); and

b)      Licensing and Regulatory Committees (Annex B)

1. That authority be delegated to the Director of Law and Governance to make consequential, or minor typographical amendments arising from the changes agreed in this report, to all constitutional documents.
