Decision
The Sub-Committee resolved to grant the application, as follows:
- Opening Hours
24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Supply of Alcohol (off-sale)
Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 22:00 hours
- That all alcohol in the retail area including on the floor and behind the till area be covered when the premises are open outside of licensed hours.
- That no single cans or bottles be sold in accordance with Thames Valley Police and Licensing Authority representations detailed in 4. over the page.
- That the proposed condition from Thames Valley Police on CCTV be amended to:
“A CCTV system with recording equipment be installed, operated and maintained at the premises. Recordings will be to an evidential standard and will record at all times whilst the premises is open to the public. All recordings shall be stored for a minimum of 31 days with date and time stamping. Recordings shall be made available upon demand at the request of the Police, Licensing Authority and Local Authority.”
- That a member of staff who can operate the CCTV be on site at all times.
