To consider approving site specific s106 funding and the procurement of the supply and installation of this new play area.

Decision

1. That the conditions of the FCC Community Action Fund grant be approved.
2. That £188k funding for the refurbishment of the Heelands Play Area be approved for resource and spend approval in the Capital Programme.
