RESOLVED -

The Sub-Committee granted the application as applied for, subject to the following conditions:

(a)        that prominent notices be displayed within the premises providing the name and contact details of the Designated Safeguarding Lead;

(b)       that details of how to report safeguarding concerns relating to children or vulnerable adults be provided; and

(c)        that notices be displayed at the entrance, and within the premises, providing details of support services for problem gambling.
