The Sub-Committee granted the application, as follows:

1. Opening Hours

            Monday to Sunday                           06:00 hours to 23:00 hours

            Sale of Alcohol (off sales)

            Monday to Saturday                        08:00 hours to 23:00 hours

            Sunday                                               08:00 hours to 22:30 hours

1. That deliveries to and collections from the premises, including loading and unloading activities, take place between 07:00 hours and 19:00 hours.
2. That external waste disposal, recycling collections and the disposal of glass bottles not be disposed of in outside bins between 20:00 hours and 07:00 hours.
3. That all alcohol in the retail area, including on the floor and behind the till area, be covered when the premises are open outside of licensed hours.
