RESOLVED -

The Sub-Committee granted the application as applied for, subject to:

(a)        the conditions set out in the Agenda together with additional conditions that had been agreed prior to the hearing;

(b)       the Applicant to formally engage with the Highway Authority to assess the need for traffic and parking controls associated with the event; and

(c)        the Applicant to apply for any Temporary Traffic Regulation Order considered necessary and to comply with all requirements of any such order implemented in connection with the event.
