Purpose

To consider commencing a procurement exercise for a salary sacrifice voluntary contributions (AVC) pension scheme to fulfil the Council’s financial wellbeing commitment to supporting staff’s financial planning for future retirement.

Decision

1. That the continuation of the pension top-up arrangement scheme for employees to provide workforce benefit and financial savings for the Council, be approved.
2. That a contract for a term of five years be awarded to My Money Matters via the Salary Sacrifice Additional Voluntary Contributions Framework as the single supplier under the said framework for this benefit.
