ACTIONS:
1.            
Councillor Marland undertook
that the issue of HGV parking, rest and welfare facilities would be
considered as part of the process of developing the New City
Plan.
2.            
Councillor Marland undertook to
request the Cabinet member for Culture to write to Historic England
for information regarding their plans for the maintenance and
protection of the Danesborough Fort and agreed to meet with
Councillor Hopkins to discuss the issue further.
