That the Senior Finance Manager
and the Assistant Director Housing Maintenance, Investment and
Safety be thanked for their presentation on the latest financial
position of the Housing Revenue Account.
2.            
That the Committee notes the
report and commends the work of the Finance Team and their
colleagues in Environment and Property in monitoring the Housing
Revenue Account and making the best use of the resources within the
Account to both improve the Council’s existing housing stock
and to invest in new properties.
