That the provisional Work
Programme for 2024/25 be received and noted.
2.            
That scrutiny by the Committee
of the housing aspects of the New City Plan during the proposed
consultation on the New City Plan be added to the Work Programme
(first meeting of 2024/25).
3.            
That an item on the
Council’s policies on the inclusion of additional premiums in
relation to the sale of shared ownership properties also be added
to the Work Programme for 2024/25.
