Content

1.         That the
proposed change to previous resolutions, attached as an Annex to
the report, be endorsed.

2.         That
delegated authority be given to the Head of Regulatory Services to
determine:

(a)       operational policies /
framework, in consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chairs of the
Committee; and

(b)       any applications
received.
