To consider recommending the making of the
Emberton Neighbourhood Plan (subject to the outcome of the
Referendum on 23 November 2023).

Content

That Council be recommended to
make the Emberton Neighbourhood Plan
pursuant to the provisions of Section 38(A)(4) of the Planning and
Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
