RESOLVED –
1.    
That the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman Review of Local
Government Complaints, be noted;
2.    
That the Committee requested the Chief Executive to
provide an update as to the Council’s actions in respect of
the LG&SCO letter; and
3.    
That the Audit Committee Planning Group be recommended to liaise
with the Corporate Oversight and Scrutiny Management Committee and
lead officers on how best to assign individual Ombudsman reports to
the relevant Committee.
