Purpose

To consider an updated and refreshed Creative
and Cultural Strategy 2018/2027 which reflects Milton Keynes’
new City status, the ambitions of the cultural sector and the
City’s diverse communities.

Content

1.1      That the refreshed
Strategic Priorities (attached at Annex A to the report) be agreed,
as part of the delivery framework for the Creative and Cultural
Strategy.
1.2      That a co-authored
Cultural Implementation Plan, developed with the City’s
cultural sector and other stakeholders and partners, be
progressed.
1.3      That authority be
delegated to the Chef Executive, to agree the Implementation Plan,
and that it be published upon completion and monitored / updated
annually through until 2027.
