Content

1.         That the
associated fees and charges for drivers, as set out in Annex A to
the report, be approved to take effect from 1 April 2024 under
section 53 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act
1976.

2.         That the
vehicle and operator associated fees and charges, as set out in
Annex A to the report, be recommended to the Executive to take
effect from 1 April 2024 under Section 70 of the Local Government
(Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976.

3.         That the
Table of Charges be reviewed, and an update be brought to a future
meeting.
