1.            
That the meeting provisionally scheduled for 14
November 2023 be cancelled as it was no longer required.

2.            
That the Overview and Scrutiny Officer prepare a
draft outline of the Committee’s report reflecting the
meeting’s discussions and circulates this to the Committee
for comment.
3.            
That at the end of the financial year the Committee
receives a report on the work of “Councillor
Champions”, how their grant money has been spent and whether
this has provided added value to the work of the
Council.
