Purpose

To consider approving financial allocations
for Economic Development priorities in the 2023/24 financial
year.

Content

1.1            
That the plans, in Annex A to the report, and
financial allocations outlined in Annex B to the report, be
endorsed and approval granted to spend the funding
accordingly.
1.2            
That authority be delegated to the Director of
Planning and Placemaking, in consultation with the Cabinet member
for Economy and Culture, to finalise the arrangements for
individual project sign off, in line with the financial allocations
in Annex B, following a due diligence process.
1.3            
That the achievements to date on the Economic
Recovery Plan in Annex C to the report, be noted.
