1.                 
That in respect of the response on behalf of Milton
Keynes City Council to Buckinghamshire Council in relation to
planning application ref. 23/02180/AOP:
a) 
the draft letter of response, as outlined in Annex 1, be
noted;
b) 
authority be delegated to the Head of Planning, in consultation
with the Chair and Vice Chairs to finalise and submit the response,
reflecting any relevant representations heard by the committee;
and
c) 
a copy of the final response be made available to the
committee.
2.         That
authority be delegated to the Head of Planning, in consultation
with the Chair and Vice Chairs, to respond to any future
consultations on the same application (ref. 23/02180/AOP) where the
concerns outlined in Annex 1 / the Council’s final response
are not adequately addressed and that committee are kept informed,
in the event of such an outcome.
