1.1. That a six
month extension to the current Dynamic Purchasing System
(DPS) called-off under the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation
framework and provided by Access Adam Commissioning from 10 March
2024 to 9 September 2024, be approved.
1.2. To procure a new DPS for the purpose of
procuring for Adults and Children’s Homecare services to
operate for a period of maximum period of seven years from
September 2024.
1.3. That a contract for the provision of the
software system for the DPS and supporting services for an
end-to-end procurement process through a call-off from the YPO
Framework for Dynamic Category Solutions 1017 at the estimated cost
of £126m for five years plus two (£18m per annum), be
approved.
1.4. That delegated authority be given to the
Director - Adult Services to award any call-off contracts arising
from the DPS.
