Content

1.1 That the Council enter into a Parking
Management Agreement with Santander.
1.2 That the Council manage the parking on
behalf of Santander.
1.3 That, immediately following this decision,
the Council begin the necessary Traffic Regulation Order process
and formally consult on the proposed restrictions.
1.4 That, following the completion of the
Parking Management Agreement, the Head of Highways be authorised to
introduce the Traffic Regulation Order.
