1.1 That the Cross Regional Project (CRP)
group extend Keys PCE Limited contract from 1 August 2024 for a
further three years, as part of the extension option until 31 July
2027.
1.2 That the CRP group agree an 8.9% uplift
from 1 August 2024 to 31 July 2025 (for the first year of the
extension only).
1.3 That the CRP block purchase an addition
bed with Keys PCE Limited from October 2023 until 31 July 2027.
