Content

1.      That the Council’s
Head of Customer Data and Insight be thanked for her report and
clarification of the points raised by the Committee during its
scrutiny of the Q1 update.

2.      That for the next meeting
of the Committee, the Council’s Head of Customer Data and
Insight provides additional information on:

a)    The factors affecting a lower level of
tenant satisfaction with the Council’s Repairs and
Maintenance Service;

b)      
The appropriate RAG rating for measure MKC
1361;

c)       
A report on what was being done to improve the %
rate for reuse
/ recycling / composting in Milton Keynes (NI 192); and

d)      
The rationale for the target time to complete child
adoption processes in Milton Keynes (MKC 325), whether the target
realistic or is it impossible to achieve, and if it is impossible
to achieve why has it been set at such an impossible
level.

3.      That, on behalf of the
Committee, the Committee Services Manager writes to the Housing
Acquisitions Team congratulating them on their hard work to improve
their performance rating.
