That the public and
press be excluded from the meeting by virtue of paragraph 3
(Information Relating to the Financial or Business Affairs of the
Authority) of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act
1972, in order that the meeting consider the exempt Annex to
the report.
1.2             
That the disposal of five Housing Revenue Account
(HRA) assets, which are uneconomical to repair, be
approved:

(a)        207 Buckingham
Road, Bletchley (Bletchley Park Ward).

(b)       43 Moores Hill,
Olney (Olney Ward).

(c)        57 Moores
Hill, Olney (Olney Ward).

(d)       21 Perry Lane,
Sherington (Olney Ward).

(e)        6 and 7 Manor
Cottages, Old Wolverton (Wolverton Ward) (one property).

1.3             
That authority be delegated to the Director
Environment and Property to finalise the arrangements for the
disposal and to enter into the contract with the preferred
purchaser.

1.4             
That authority be delegated to the Director of
Environment and Property to review the reserve price and re-list at
auction in the event that one or more of the properties does not
meet the current reserve.
