That the public and press may be excluded from
the meeting by virtue of Paragraph 3 (Information relating to the
Financial or Business Affairs of the Authority) of Part 1 of
Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, in order that the
meeting may consider the Annex to the following item.
1.1 That the setup of a
Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Smart City Services for use by
the Council and other public funded bodies, be approved.
1.2 That authority be
delegated to the Director - Planning and Placemaking to tender and
award any Milton Keynes City Council contracts from the DPS, in
line with the Leader’s financial scheme of delegation.
