regeneration projects to the Committee.

3.
That the Committee welcomes the news that the
improvements to the pilot properties carried out as part of the
Netherfield tranche of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund
works meet with the approval of local residents.

4.
That a “health check” on the ability of
Estate Renewal Forums to progress the regeneration and renewal
aspirations of their local communities be included as part of the

That the Committee considers the details of the
Terms of Reference for Estate Renewal Forums, dates of the next
meetings and timely publication of agendas and minutes are an
essential part of enabling residents and other organisations to be
aware of, and participate in, the work of ERFs and that care needs
to be taken to ensure that this happens.
