1.            
That the Committee receives and notes the proposed
2023/24 Work Programme.

2.            
That, if possible, the update on the financial
position of the Housing Revenue Account be brought to the September
meeting of the Committee.

3.            
That the results of the Garage Stock Condition/Use
Survey be circulated to the Committee as soon as they can be made
available rather than waiting for the next available meeting of the
Committee.

4.            
That members of the Committee should advise the
Planning Group (Chair, Vice-Chairs, Scrutiny Officer) if they
identify any other subjects which fall within the remit of the
Committee which they think would benefit from detailed
scrutiny.
