1.            
That the Council’s Head of Customer Data and Insight be
thanked for her report and clarification of the points raised by
the Committee during its scrutiny of the Q4 Performance Report.

2.            
That the Head of Customer Data and Insight reviews the content of
the Corporate Dashboard with the Corporate Project Board to ensure
that the data presented remains meaningful and can be effectively
scrutinised by the Committee.
3.            
That performance data relating to the estate
adoption process now be included in the report as a matter of
urgency, and consideration be given to the inclusion of all or
mostly unadopted estates as items on the Corporate dashboard so as
to ensure integrated monitoring of their development.

4.            
That the Committee notes the improvement in performance by a number
of services since the last report and requests that the Committee
Services Manager writes to the relevant Heads of Services to pass
on the Committee’s commendations.
