That the Committee notes the draft 2023-24 Work
Programme.

That the Committee’s Planning Group considers
when would be the most appropriate point in the scrutiny of the
draft 2024-25 draft budget proposals to invite Cabinet Members to
discuss those proposals with the Committee.

3.            
That the Committee’s Planning Group considers
including an item on Value for Money and whether the Council is
spending its money well in the 2023/24 Work Programme.
