1.1            
That the Waste Collection Operational Policies,
attached at Annex A, be approved, to be introduced from 1
September 2023.

1.2       That, recognising
the significance of implementing a new, city-wide waste collection
service and the need to make operational adjustments, or revisions
to thresholds contained within the policies, authority be delegated
to the Director Environment and Property to implement minor
operational amendments to the policies, in consultation with the
Cabinet Member for Public Realm.

1.3       That authority be
delegated to the Head of Environment and Waste Services, in
consultation with the Cabinet member for Public Realm, to regularly
review (at least annually) and make revisions to the policies that
are not significant in their effect on residents, either in
isolation, or collectively.
