That the Rights of Way Improvement Plan 2023-2033,
as the ten-year strategic plan for Rights of Way, be
adopted.

That authority be delegated to the Director -
Environment and Property to make typographical, presentation and
consequential changes to the Rights of Way Improvement Plan
2023-2033.
