Content
1. That,
subject to the following amendments, the Statement of Licensing
Policy 2023/2028 be recommended to Full Council for
adoption:
(a)
That the final sentence in paragraph 16.4.3 be deleted and replaced
with “If they were employed in regulated activities
relating to children or vulnerable adults, then the applicant must
ensure compliance with statutory requirements in regard to
appropriate criminal records checks”.
(b) That
the last sentence of the proposed revised paragraph be amended to
read:
“The Licensing Authority, therefore, expects an assessment at
licensed premises as to whether there is any reason why bleed kits
would not be an appropriate part of any provision together with
trained first aiders”.
2. That a
discussion be held with Licensing officers with regard to the
introduction of a Cumulative Impact Assessment.
3. That a
report on a Cumulative Impact Assessment be brought back to a
future meeting of the Committee.
