RESOLVED:
1.                 
That the Calendar of Meetings for
2023/24, be agreed.
2.                 
That authority be delegated to the
Director of Law and Governance to make amendments to the calendar
of meetings, in consultation with the Chair and Vice Chairs of the
relevant body.
