ACTIONS:

1. With regard to the request from Councillor D Hopkins for a Cabinet Advisory Group on East West Rail and Universal, Councillor J Carr undertook to discuss the request with partners and officers.
2. Councillor Cannon undertook to provide Councillor Muzammil with a written response regarding the deficit in the High Needs Block and what the contingency plan was so that children with EHCP’s were not left waiting.
