Decision

RESOLVED:

That Council agree to make the following changes to the Constitution to come into effect on 31 October 2026:

a)      Terms of Reference for Planning Committee (Annex A) to delete reference to the establishment of a Planning Panel, alongside the necessary consequential changes to the ‘Procedure for Public Participation at Planning Committee Meetings’; and

b)      Scheme of Delegation on Development Management Matters (Annex B) to make necessary provision for the introduction of the National Scheme of Delegation.
