Purpose

To consider agreeing the insurance premium renewal charges for 2026/27 and to accept the proposed terms.

Decision

1. That the extension of the insurance contract to 30 September 2027, be agreed.
2. That the renewal terms for the policies commencing 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027, be agreed.
