Purpose

To consider approving the re-procurement of a salary sacrifice electric, hybrid and low emission vehicle leasing scheme.

Decision

1. That the commencement of a procurement exercise of a Salary Sacrifice Car Leasing Scheme via a compliant national framework for a four?year term, be approved.
2. That authority be delegated to the Director of Finance and Resources, in consultation with the Deputy Leader and Cabinet member for Resources and Customer Experience, to award the final contract and associated contractual arrangements.
