Purpose

To consider approving an eight week
consultation with residents and businesses in Bletchley and Fenny
Stratford to understand their views on proposed enhancements to
Queensway and Saxon Street, Bletchley, and Aylesbury Street, Fenny
Stratford. The works are to be funded by the Bletchley and Fenny
Stratford Town Deal and Milton Keynes City Council.

Content

1.         That the
consultation plans outlined within the report be
approved.

2.         That the
consultation on the public realm improvements commence on 27 July
2024.

3.         That
authority be delegated to the Director of Planning and Placemaking
to finalise arrangements for the consultation plans.
