The Sub-Committee carefully considered all the evidence
before it, including the written representation from the
PLH.
It noted that the PLH had committed an offence by not
informing the Licensing Authority of the relevant convictions and
had determined that to take no action would not have been
appropriate in the circumstances.
It had considered the revocation of the Personal Licence as
the convictions had been of a serious nature of an individual
responsible for the management of alcohol.
The Sub-Committee resolved to suspend the Personal Licence
for a period of six months and should the PLH be convicted of any
further offences there would be a risk of the Personal Licence
being revoked.
