RESOLVED:
1.                     
That the Chair and Vice Chairs
meet with the Head of Customer Insight and Data to review the
current list of Key Performance Indicators.
2.                     
That a breakdown of the
information available for assisted collections be made available to
include by property type.
3.                     
That the Director of
Environment and Property be asked to provide the committee with
information on what education initiatives are currently being run
to try and reduce the amount of contamination in the recycling that
is collected.
4.                     
That the Children and Young
People Scrutiny Committee Planning Group be asked to consider the
impact that the lack of availability of professional assessments is
having on care proceedings and whether scrutiny of this issue
should be included in their work programme.
5.                     
That the Housing, Health and
Adults Scrutiny Committee Planning Group be asked to consider the
impact of domestic abuse on homelessness and whether scrutiny of
this issue should be included in their work programme.
6.                     
That the Budget and Resources
Scrutiny Committee Planning Group be asked to consider scrutiny of
the resourcing of the FOI Team and their ability to meet the
increased demand for FOI and Subject Access requests and the
resourcing of the Environmental Health team and their ability to
meet the target of inspected premises.
7.                     
That the Children and Young
People Scrutiny Committee Planning Group be asked to consider the
performance of MKC 308 and MKC 309 and whether the scrutiny of
youth offending/re-offending should be included in their work
programme.
8.                     
That the Budget and Resources
Scrutiny Committee be asked to consider the scrutiny of the
Councillor Casework system and whether a new or improved system
could be implemented.
9.                     
That the Budget and Resources
Scrutiny Planning Group be asked to consider whether scrutiny of
the impact of the increased inflationary costs on delivering the
Council’s capital programme should be included in their work
programme.
