The Sub-Committee
carefully considered all the evidence before it, including all the
evidence from the applicants and the representation from the local
business.

It noted the concerns
of both parties but there had not been sufficient evidence that The
Flavour Trailer would negatively impact
Seacourt Fish Bar.

The Sub-Committee
resolved to grant the application for six months as applied for,
with the following conditions:

(a)        that the
adapted menu be submitted to the Licensing officers; and

(b)       that the impact on
sales for Seacourt Fish Bar be recorded for six months and be
submitted to the Licensing officers for consideration.
