The Sub-Committee
carefully considered all the evidence before it, including all the
evidence from the applicants and the representations from the local
residents.

It noted that the
pre-order and collection service had available timeslots every 15
minutes, which would cause a minimal impact of additional traffic
and a tracking system would be used to monitor
collections.

There had been concern
about the size and positioning of the trailer which would back onto
one of the objectors garden.  It was advised that the trailer would be far
smaller than the photographs contained within the
Agenda.

The power to the
trailer would come directly from the public house and four
armoured cables would be attached to
the trailer and not attached to the wall, as outlined in the
Agenda.

A review of the
Premises Licence for The Fox and Hounds was in the process of being
determined, however, this had not been taken
into account when considering the application for the Street
Trading Consent.

The Sub-Committee
resolved to grant the application for six months as applied for,
with the following conditions:

(a)        that the
website record the collection and
parking advice;

(b)       that the trailer be
collected by 10.00 am on Saturday morning; and

(c)        that a litter
pick be undertaken at the time of cease of trading and on Saturday
morning when the road team collected the trailer.
