Purpose

To consider terminating the existing Supported
Living Framework and commence a procurement exercise for a Dynamic
Purchasing Vehicle.
Supported living offers accommodation, care and support across
Milton Keynes in supporting people to manage their own tenancy and
play a role in their community.

Content

1.         That the
Supported Living Framework be terminated.

2.         That the
commencement of a procurement exercise for a new Framework
agreement for Supported Living services, be approved.

3.         That
authority be delegated to the Director of Adult Social Care
to:

(a)        give notice to
providers of our intention to close the Supported Living Framework;
and

(b)       commence a
procurement exercise to establish a new Framework for the
procurement of Supported Living services.
