The Sub-Committee carefully considered all the evidence
before it, including the Applicant’s submission, the
representations from the Responsible Authority and Wolverton and
Greenleys Town Council.
It noted that both Thames Valley Police and Wolverton and
Greenleys Town Council were not against the application but there
had been concern regarding the proposed operational hours as the
premises was in close proximity to residential
dwellings.
The Sub-Committee resolved to grant the licence, subject to
the following conditions:

1.         That the
Opening Hours be as follows:

           
Sunday to Thursday

           
12:00 hours to 00:00 hours

           
Friday and Saturday

           
12:00 hours to until 01:00 hours

2.         That
members of the public not be permitted entry to the premises after
midnight, and Late Night Refreshments be available for delivery
only to a residential address, 00:00 hours to 01:00 hours, Friday
and Saturday.

3.         That
pre-orders be taken by telephone or on an app.

4.         That an
adequate CCTV system be installed, maintained and operated at the
premises, to include:

           
“Recordings will be to an evidential standard and will
record at all times whilst the premises is open to the public. All
recordings shall be stored for a minimum of 31 days with date and
time stamping. Recordings shall be made available upon the proper
request of the Police, Local Authority or Licensing Authority. A
member of staff trained in operating the system will be present at
all times the premises is trading.”

5.         That a
bin be provided and maintained outside the premises with a
closeable lid.
