·       That the Scheme of
Delegation, presented at Appendix 1 of the circulated report, be approved.

·       That authorisation be
granted for the Monitoring Officer to make any minor amendments required for
clarity or consistency.

·       That it be agreed to review
of the Scheme of Delegation at each Annual General Meeting of the South West Wales Corporate Joint Committee to ensure its
effectiveness.
