That
the Director of Environment and Regeneration be replaced as the Neath Port
Talbot County Borough Council appointed director to the Celtic Freeport Company
Limited, and the Director of Strategy and Corporate Services be appointed in
her place, and a suitable indemnity pursuant to Section 101 of the Local
Government Act 2000, the Local Authorities (Indemnities for Members and
Officers) (Wales) Order 2006 and Section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972
be granted to the Director of Strategy and Corporate Services.
