Officers
made a presentation to the Planning Committee on this Application (Proposed
ground mounted Solar PV array with a generating capacity of up to 1.3MW,
including development of ancillary structures, fencing and landscaping works,
at Gelli Bwch Farm (Dreamfields),
Lane from B4290, Jersey Marine, Neath SA10 6JU) as detailed in the circulated
report.

 

The
Agent for the Applicant was present to give his representations in favour of
the Application.

 

RESOLVED:               That in accordance with Officers’ recommendations,
Application No. P2023/0356 – Dreamfields Solar PV
array etc, Gelli Bwch Farm, Lane from B4290, Jersey
Marine, Neath SA10 6JU, be Approved, subject to the conditions detailed within
the circulated report.
