RESOLVED:               That in accordance with Officers’ recommendations,
Application No. P2023/0550 – Dreamfields access etc, Gelli
Bwch Farm, Lane from B4290, Jersey Marine, Neath SA10
6JU, be Approved, subject to the conditions detailed within the circulated
report.
