financial statements for the year ended 31st March 2025, be approved.

That the draft
annual report and financial statements be submitted to the Wales Audit Office
for independent examination.

·       
That the submission
of the accounts to the Charity Commission be approved, if no material changes
are identified by Wales Audit Office.
