1.That having had due regard,
the projects listed in Appendix 1 – Community Prosperity Fund and Appendix 2 – Place
Prosperity Fund which have Member involvement submitted under the Neath Port
Talbot UK Shared Prosperity (UKSPF) Fund Third Party Grant Schemes, Community
Prosperity Fund and Place Prosperity Fund, be approved.

2.That the recommendation not
to approve projects listed in Appendix 3 – Community Prosperity Fund and
Appendix 4 – Place Prosperity Fund which have Member involvement submitted
under the Neath Port Talbot UK Shared Prosperity (UKSPF) Fund Third Party Grant
Schemes – Community Prosperity Fund and Place Prosperity Fund, be agreed.
