having had due regard to the Integrated Impact Assessment, the objections be
overruled to the Park Avenue and Siding Terrace (Revocation) and (30mph Speed
Limit) - Order 2023, (as detailed in Appendix A to the circulated report) and
that the scheme be implemented as advertised. That the objectors be informed of
the decision accordingly.
